After years of searching for the perfect material, Indian fashion house Anita Dongre launches accessories collection Made with MIRUM®
After years of searching for a plastic-free alternative to leather, Indian fashion designer Anita Dongre finally found the perfect solution in MIRUM®.
“I have dreamt of this collection for close to 20 years now. I knew exactly what I wanted these designs to be and yet every vegan alternative to leather was a plastic-based pollutant. With this line of MIRUM® and glassbead bags, I’m excited to finally launch a collection of handbags that are luxurious and give back to the planet we collectively call home,” said Anita Dongre.
The newly launched collection includes two handbags and two belts all Made with MIRUM®, the only plastic free vegan leather on the market. Five percent of proceeds from this line of accessories will be donated to the India Animal Fund, which works towards a future where all animals are treated with the care and love.
